New Projects 2021

We have begun the year entering another lockdown but despite that, the team at Ashton are really looking forward to the exciting projects we have ahead for 2021. Last week we hit the ground running at Ashton Bespoke observing all current COVID-19 guidance around working. We have lots of work in already making its way through the workshop, so we thought we’d update you on what’s ahead for Ashton.

January

We’ve kicked off the year with a bespoke bathroom cabinet and wardrobe for one of our clients. Also, for production this month we will be crafting 2 drinks cabinets and a 6 drawer credenza for another project as well as a 3-door credenza for a different client ready for installation in March

February & March

In February we will start the month making a drinks cabinet for one client and a low-level bespoke TV cabinet for another. As the month rolls on we will also be producing a study desk for a private client due to be installed in March. One of our past clients has also returned to us to produce their master bedroom wardrobes to go in a period farm building ready for an April instal. February also sees the start of a huge project with multiple elements as part of a high-end residence. The first aspect of this project is his and hers dressing rooms, a bathroom vanity cabinet and bath panel that the team will produce ready for May installation.

April & May

The second element of the ongoing large project is the main kitchen consisting of an oven run, TV wall and island. We will then move on to produce furniture for the family room; a TV and fireplace wall with display cabinets either side. We have also been approached by an interior designer who wants us to collaborate with her on the design of a kitchen that needs to be quite modern, though incorporating characteristics from the arts and craft movement tastefully mixed together. The project also includes a Boot Room and Utility Room. As May draws on, we begin a commission from a private client that will include a dining table, a TV wall unit and panel as well as a wine cabinet below stairs.

Summer 2021

Will we take a breath? Unlikely! There is lots more in the design stage so the second half of 2021 looks set to be as busy as the first. We can’t wait to share images of all these works once completed.
